Natalie had an ultrasound done on her liver on Tuesday. The results came back normal, however her blood work still signals that something isn't right with her liver. Based on that she was unable to start chemo this morning. She has an appointment with a GI doctor on Monday to take a further look at what might be going on.
Please continue to join us in prayer that this is resolved quickly, that nothing serious is going on with her liver and that chemo can resume as soon as possible. The sooner she is able to get the chemo the closer she is to being declared cancer free! She said last night that one of the big lessons she is learning right now is patience. Unfortunately she is going to have to continue to be patient for a few more days as this gets sorted out. Even with this hurdle she still has an awesome attitude, her faith is unwavering and she continues to be an inspiration to us all.
